Eugene serves as vice president of "Conception" and oversees the public relations department. Although he has only recently joined the company, he is determined to achieve his goals. Despite being a relatively new addition to "Conception," it is no longer the market leader in robot manufacturing, having been surpassed by "Hu-Gite." Eugene assists the "MPD" in their investigation of "Third-case," but there are suspicions that he may have constructed himself.
