Jirocho's background is unique - he was adopted by a scientist and became involved in the Japanese mafia. His primary objective is vengeance against Alice for supposedly killing his father. He tends to believe that the ends justify the means, and isn't hesitant to cause harm to others if it benefits him. However, Jirocho always compensates those he inconveniences.
