The Cord Cutter, 縞 昂昇

Kureha's younger sibling is named Shinogi. He employs a fighting technique known as cord cutting, which entails severing an opponent's nerves to prevent them from moving. This action stems from feelings of inadequacy and being overshadowed by his older brother, Kureha, who consistently rescued him during their childhood years. In season 1, Shinogi engaged in combat with Baki and was subsequently knocked unconscious. During the Maximum Tournament, he faced off against his own brother in round one, but surrendered after witnessing Shinogis unwavering resilience. In round two, Shinogi battled Gouki Shibukawa, successfully breaking the latter's fake eye; however, he still emerged as the loser.
