Kaizan Doshi was once known as "Mountain Templar," leading a rebel army against the capital. A year and half before the final episode, he led his troops onto White Wizard Lake after conquering Mt. Charanbo. However, Suirous' attack on their boats left only a few survivors, including Yajiro who greatly respected him. Despite using an Enlightened Evil gun as his main weapon, Kaizan was also skilled in swordsmanship and had the ability to teleport and fly with specialized boots. He had been evil for at least ten years.
