Nick Hillman  

A scientist named Hei encounters another individual named Nick while infiltrating Pandora. Despite being strangers at first, they develop a friendship and share a mutual interest in studying the "real sky." It's later discovered that Nick is actually a contractor who possesses the ability to manipulate electricity, similar to Hei's own power. However, instead of receiving payment for his services, he demands that people place their shoes on the ground with the soles facing each other.
