Shou is a young protagonist in the series who lived in Tokyo and enjoyed motocross racing before being transported to Byston Well. He was then made into a mecha pilot under Drake Luft's command, but later discovered his evil intentions and switched sides to join Nie Givun and his resistance movement. As he gained more experience in battle, Shou's Aura Power increased to almost infinite levels, while control over it weakened. He returned to Earth twice during the series, but his strained relationship with his parents worsened when they refused to believe that he was not an impostor after being believed dead during a "accident" where he and his motorcycle disappeared. Additionally, Shou developed feelings for Marvel, but the stresses of war prevented them from actively pursuing their relationship.
