The cervello organization is made up entirely of women who all have the same appearance, although it's unclear if this is true as they've been seen working alongside men of different appearances to fix schools with illusions. however, it's not certain whether these men are disguised pink-haired cervellos. the cervello specialize in judging fairly and impartially, even when supporting the opposing team. they always appear in pairs wearing matching outfits that follow current japanese trends. each cervello has a distinctive mask on their eyes and long pink or lavender hair, with varying lengths depending on their role. the cervellos are masked women who serve as judges in games or tournaments. despite being loyal to the vongola famiglia, they currently work for the millefiore famiglia in the future. they have made three appearances during the varia arc, serving shoichi irie and acting as judges in choice. their duties include enforcing rules, informing contestants of the rules, and serving someone with a higher position.
