Rochina is an intelligence officer who investigates the raid on Lido and discovers a lone Chirico Cuvie drifting in space during his investigation. Despite interrogating Chirico, he fails to obtain any information about the kidnapping of the top secret Perfect Soldier. However, based on his observations, Rochina believes there is a connection between Chirico and whoever orchestrated the abduction. As per orders from General Battentian, Rochina keeps a close watch on Chirico in Uoodo City and Kummen, but he remains uncertain about the extent of Chiricos involvement with the mysterious Secret Society. Eventually, as his investigation progresses, Rochina decides to defect from his own military in order to continue pursuing the truth. This complex game involves manipulation and capture, with Rochina serving only as a pawn in a larger power play.
