Bertha, キクノ

In A Trainer and Child Reunion! and An Elite Meet and Greet! by Lucian, Bertha was introduced as a member of the Elite Four. Along with Cynthia, she played an important role in helping Ash retrieve his Magby from Team Rocket. She did this by chasing them on her jeep and eventually battling the trio to reclaim Magby. In that battle, Bertha easily defeated Ash's Torterra. Afterwards, she advised him to be more observant during battles.
