Meropushumu, メロプシュム

Melopsum is an enigmatic witch who played a role in a tragic event at Comoda many years ago. Although her involvement has been debated, it seems clear that she had a significant impact on the story. Despite being largely mysterious, she appears to have a connection with Baphomet and is known for her interest in Roan. Melopsum's journey with Roan began when she transformed into a Crusader in Izlude Island, where she saved him and convinced him to become a Crusader himself. She later changed into an Archer in Payon, teaching Roan the true path of power and reminding him that it is not everything. Finally, she appeared as a Monk near Comodo, instructing Roan on how to use his sword with humility and caution. In her last encounter with Roan, Melopsum taught him how to read his enemies' movements and provided him with a sword that had been used to seal herself away. She entrusted him to use it to protect those he loved, emphasizing the importance of pure strength and selflessness in battle.
