Kaoru Seta

Seta Kaoru is a second-year student at Haneoka Girls High School and belongs to the Hello, Happy World! band. Known for her popularity among girls, she affectionately refers to them as "little kittens." Uehara Himari and Rimi Ushigome are particularly susceptible to blushing intensely in her presence. Besides her band activities, Seta is also friends with Shirasagi Chisato outside of the group. She makes a brief appearance in the third episode of the TV series.
