Eutus is an enigmatic man who wears a robe resembling that of a wizard and can be found wandering through different dimensions in the Abenobashi Shopping Arcade. He comes across as wise and knowledgeable, but dislikes being referred to as "Mister" due to its age connotation. Instead, he prefers to be called "Bro," or something similar. Eutus has a strong bond with the shopping arcade, which remains undisclosed, leaving him to roam through its various dimensions until his misfortune is resolved.
