For more than a decade, Kusakabe has remained devoted to Hibari, serving as his trusted assistant. Together, they have journeyed across the world in pursuit of knowledge about the Rings and the Box. Currently, Kusakabe holds the position of second-in-command at The Foundation, where he continues to support Hibari's efforts.
