Penguin is part of the Heart Pirates crew. While there isn't much information about him at present, it's known that he has a preference for women and is devoted to his captain, Law. As a teenager, Penguin was known for being aggressive, teasing others, and engaging in physical confrontations. He appeared to value strength, which led him to join forces with Law after the latter defeated him and Shachi during their teenage years.
