Cosmo is a young prodigy who works under Nishihonji Security Services (NSS). He has a laid-back personality and gets along with everyone, even those he disagrees with. Despite being small in stature, he possesses incredible agility. Furthermore, he employs the Jiu-Jitsu techniques taught by his master Kureishi Mitsuyo to defeat larger opponents.
