A teenager who goes on bone-digging expeditions with Sakurako. He frequently has to restrain her when she discovers bones and tries to keep them, leading to Shoutarou calling the police whenever they uncover remains. Despite this, Sakurako consistently addresses him as "shounen," or boy, which he finds irritating.
