The Rain Funeral Wreath is known as Bluebell and was once in possession of the Rain Mare Ring. Along with other wreaths, it ruled over parallel universes but faced misfortunes. Byakuran discovered them and due to their resolve, taught them how to strengthen. Bluebell is unique among the wreaths as she's female and possibly the youngest. Her physical form can change into water, and she has a childish personality similar to Byakuran, despite appearing around 10 years old and possessing a sharp tongue.
