A new recruit at Urisu Base who lacks recollections of their own existence prior to arriving there. Despite initial doubts about his colleagues' familiarity with him and Suito Kusanagis words, Yuuichi proves himself as the skilled pilot of the squad, excelling in aerial maneuvers. On the ground, he is unaffected by self-consciousness but finds comfort in the sky. As battles intensify and teammates are replaced, Yuuichi gradually recovers his memories. When he reconnects with Kusanagi and learns of their shared fate as cursed Kildren, he resolves to break free from those malevolent ties.
