Raizou Ichihashi
Maiden of Darkness, 市橋 雷蔵
Raizou is a member of the Litchi Hikari Club. He is extremely effeminate, and uses a speech pattern fitting that of a Gyaru. According to the LHC 4-Koma series, Raizou enjoys reading books (such as Anne of Green Gables) and also wears Fundoshi—traditional Japanese mens underwear.
Spoilers:
Raizou is killed by Litchi when it goes on a rampage and rips his face off. He is the fourth member of the Litchi Hikari Club to be killed.
