Chizuru Oota  

In both the manga and anime, she leads a support group for mothers and children affected by school violence. Although her role in the anime is slightly different from that in the manga, she still holds a significant position within the organization. Despite initially finding Onizuka's actions to be impressive, an unfortunate incident in the classroom causes her to develop feelings of animosity towards him. It was Teshigawara who suggested having Onizuka take the Togaku test as part of his plan to eliminate him. However, after witnessing Onizuka's selfless and courageous actions during a rescue mission, she experiences a change of heart and comes to admire him.
