Turmeric is a member of CEDEF and serves under Iemitsu Sawada. He fought alongside Oregano and Lal Mirch during the invasion of Vongola HQ, allowing Iemitsu to communicate with and potentially rescue the Vongola Boss. While reading the censored Mosca plans, Turmeric discovered that the Italian Military had sold some weapon plans to the Mafia, which were then sent to the Varia. After reuniting with Iemitsu, Turmeric learned that the fake Vongola IX was actually inside the Gola Mosca sent to the Varia. Despite this, they arrived too late to prevent the Cloud Guardian battle.
