Velveno is an escaped convict who has a bounty of 4 million jewels on his head due to his crimes. He was briefly mentioned in Fairy Tail when Gray Fullbuster accepted a job to capture him, which offered a reward of 2 million jewels. However, the job was canceled after Lucy Heartfilia went to rescue her father Jude from Naked Mummy.
