The lady is elderly with short grey hair and wrinkles. She wears a purple jacket over a yellow turtleneck and sandals. Despite being cold-blooded, she has no qualms about hosting criminals in her building as long as they pay their rents on time. After Saitama defeated the criminals for their bounties, she became enraged and kicked him out after taking all of his earnings. She came to collect the rent from Saitama, but he told her he would pay later. The lady informed him that he hadn't paid his rent in three months and threatened to kick him out if he didn't pay quickly. After Saitama defeated some more criminals, she angrily informed him that they were her tenants and main source of revenue, prompting her to kick him out on the streets.
