Jouji

The individual in question claims to be Japanese despite appearing to have an accent and blue eyes. They introduce themselves as "Jouji" to Mugen, Jin, and Fuu. Jouji proposes a deal with Jin where he will return his sword if Jin provides him with a tour of Edo. However, it becomes clear that Jouji possesses extensive knowledge about the city, surpassing even the combined expertise of all other characters present.
