Arale Norimaki

Arale is an artificial intelligence created by Senbei Norimaki, who resembles a little girl. She's known for her naivety, energetic personality, and lack of common sense, as well as her incredible strength. Her abilities include the Earth Chop (Chikyūwari) and Nchahou (Ncha Cannon), which are both beam-like attacks. Despite being nearsighted and needing glasses, Arale is able to perform superhuman athletic feats. In the original manga and anime series, she has long, bluish-purple hair, but in the 1997 Dr. Slump anime, her hair is dark-brown. The name "Arale" is a pun on the word for a bite-sized rice cracker (arare) and Norimaki Arare refers to a type of arare wrapped with nori seaweed.
