Alice is a hot air balloon tour guide from Alamos Town who gave Ash and his friends a ride on her balloon with the help of a Chimchar using Flamethrower to keep it aloft. She also studied music and could calm any Pokémon by playing a song on a leaf whistle, including Oración, which was taught by her grandmother. Darkrai is very protective of Alice because her grandmother healed it when it was injured. When she was young, Alice fell from atop a hill and was saved by Darkrai, though she believed Tonio had saved her for many years until the truth came out. Alice, Tonio, Darkrai, and Baron Alberto appeared in the ending credits of Arceus and the Jewel of Life.
