The countess of Italica is the leader of Clan Formal after her father, Colt, passed away while on an expedition to another world with the Empires force. Since her two older sisters were already married into other families, she became the head of the clan. Currently, her sisters are fighting over who will be their children's guardians. Due to this conflict, Clan Formal withdrew its soldiers, leaving the town without adequate protection and increasing crime rates.
