A photographer who worked independently was captured by the nefarious group known as Shocker and transformed into a cyborg with malicious intentions against Takeshi Hongo, the first Kamen Rider. However, Ichimonji was saved from brainwashing by Hongo and has since teamed up with him to fight against Shocker and support future riders in their battles.
