After losing his mentor Gorō Numata, Shigeru Jō joins the nefarious organization known as Black Satan in search of power and revenge. In exchange for this newfound strength, he undergoes surgery to become one of their super warriors. However, Shigeru soon discovers that Black Satan was responsible for his friend's death and realizes that they were using him to further their own evil agenda. With this knowledge in hand, the newly empowered Shigeru escapes from Black Satan headquarters before being brainwashed into following their wicked campaign. He then goes on to become Kamen Rider Stronger.
