At the Kunos residence, Sasukes friend Gendo is staying. Although Kuno doubts that Gendo is a genuine fortune teller, Gendo attempts to demonstrate his abilities by making some small predictions. However, when Kuno inquires about his future spouse, Gendo mistakenly foresees Nabiki as the answer, causing Kunos distress.
