This individual is described as being associated with the concept of divine intervention and has been endowed with special abilities related to healing. They appear to be an elderly man dressed in green robes, and Tōma encountered them while on a trip to France. This person possesses the power to manipulate the order of things through the use of the spell "Execution of Light." Additionally, they employ a guillotine fashioned from flour as a result of this same spell. It appears that this individual was aware of Tōma's Imagine Breaker and may have also been privy to information about his memory loss during a confrontation with him.
