Murdock  

In both the manga and anime versions of "Murdock," there is a plot where his body is controlled by nanomachines. After facing off against Train and River in the manga, he comes back to normal through a plan conceived by both Eve and Train. Meanwhile, in the anime version, Murdock tries to use his powers against the Apostle of the Stars, but they manage to defeat him, causing him to lose consciousness. After the final battle with the Apostle of the Stars, he appears to be okay.
