Nekobaa is an elderly woman who resides in a deserted city with her granddaughter, Tamaki. The pair share their home with numerous feline companions, including talking cats such as Denka and Hina. Sasuke Uchiha visits the supplies shop run by Nekobaa, which was previously utilized by the Uchiha clan. During his visit, she recalls the days when Itachi and Sasuke were young kittens and expresses her disbelief that they are now engaged in a deadly conflict with one another.
