Queen Titi was the mother of Vivis and the wife of King Cobra. Although not much information about her exists beyond this fact, it's said that Vivi resembles her mother so closely that when she was dressed up for her coming-of-age ceremony, King Cobra almost mistakenly thought she was his late wife. The cause of Queen Titi's death is unknown, but it's known that she has been deceased for at least 11 years as she does not appear in any of Vivi's flashbacks during that time period.
