Uzu Sanageyama

The Athletic Committee Chair is named Uzu Sanageyama. Besides wearing a 3-Star Ultima Uniform, he possesses the Heavens Eye ability that enables him to predict his opponents' actions based on their muscle movements, breathing patterns and other subtle cues. In combat, he wields a shinai, which is a bamboo training sword.
