The individual responsible for collecting Pai from Koenkan in Chinatown and was dispatched by Liu to accomplish this task. Despite being defeated by Akira in Chinatown, they continue following the group as they journey beyond the city's boundaries. However, after multiple unsuccessful attempts, their employment is terminated by Lee Coleman on behalf of Koenkan.
