A soldier in the Dinosaur Empires military who serves loyally and appears in episode 3 of the series. He operates a stolen Prototype Getter, which shocks the Getter team because dinosaurs are immune to radiation from the Getter Cores. Despite this, Neon is willing to sacrifice his life for the Empire's cause.
