Klausian, a 36 year old member of the anti-Federation movement Quark, was later revealed to be its founder. He frequently collaborated with his partner Mirage Koas, who possessed incredible strength and stamina that exceeded Earthlings'. Despite appearing as a brash, brawn-oriented individual, Klausian demonstrated great intellectual prowess and knowledge in military tactics and politics. Additionally, he was very friendly.
