On November 11th, they discovered that this individual has the ability to freeze liquids, including blood, without direct contact. They can also turn water into projectiles while freezing it and aim them with deadly accuracy. Additionally, they have the capability to create protective barriers using frozen water. This person is paid by smoking cigarettes, which bothers them because they dislike smoking. Despite this, they are considered MI6's top agent and their civilian name is Jack Simon. As the series progresses, Jack develops a strong professional bond with Misaki.
