Trunks is Vegeta's son with Bulma, who is half Saiyajin and half human like Gohan and Goten. Growing up in a scientific environment due to his mother and grandfather being scientists, he developed exceptional intelligence in science. In the future, Trunks faced powerful opponents known as the Jinzoningen. Despite their strength, Bulma used a time machine to send him back to aid Goku and Gohan in battle.
