Takeshi is an older man who wants to find Matsuri. When they fight, he uses a big sword that isn't affected by Yaka powers, with the goal of killing her. He also tries using ultraviolet lamps to try and stop her from moving. The reason for this is because Takeshi made a promise to turn Mayuko back into a human if he kills Matsuri. If he succeeds, then Matsuris sacrifice will restore Mayuko to normal.
