Lily is a fairy who announces the arrival of spring in various stages of Perfect Cherry Blossom. However, her presence remains unknown to both players and characters during stage 4. She showers them with danmaku without dialogue or spell cards. In Phantasmagoria of Flower View, she reappears multiple times to announce spring, but does so by throwing a cloud of danmaku at the player at the most inconvenient moments. Despite being one of the most frequently encountered enemies in the game, Lily is not playable and has no dialogue or spell cards. In Strange and Bright Nature Deity, she is given credit for bringing spring to an area as soon as she passes by, although her method involves throwing a cloud of danmaku at the player.
