Gremmy Tousen, also known as Quincy and belonging to the Wandenreich's elite group of Sternritter, possesses the power to manifest fantasies into tangible realities. In the second invasion led by the Wandenreich, he engages in combat against Zaraki Kenpachi.
Spoilers:
Gremmy tries to destroy Seireitei by imagining a meteorite falling on it. He succeeds in crushing the Shakonmaku, but the meterite is stopped by Kenpachis shikai.
