Minai Madoka, who appears in several arcs of Higurashi no Naku Koro ni Kizuna, including Kagebōshi-hen, Tokihogushi-hen, and Miotsukushi-hen, is a new character with a carefree personality. She works as a traffic cop at the Kakiuchi Police Department and has access to information typically reserved for Intelligence Division members due to her husband's position as Supervisor of Intelligence. Additionally, she makes a cameo appearance in Onisarashi-hen.
