Seria is a fictional character who has only appeared in volumes SS2 and NT2. She is Kamijou Toumas senior at his school and is described as a genius. Currently, she works for Kaizumi Tsugutoshi as an advisor to the Academy City Board of Directors, which includes 12 members. Seria possesses extensive knowledge about scientific advancements happening in the Science side, including Deep Blood, Imagine Breaker, and the Level 6 Shift project. Although she is interested in Touma's ability with Imagine Breaker, her interest is not romantic. To address concerns regarding governments or other agencies attempting to seize natural-born espers or gemstones for research purposes, Seria proposed using SISTER clones that are undergoing adjustments worldwide to collect and protect the 50 or so gemstones. It's implied that she made a deal with Heaven Canceller to mobilize these clones. In Volume 19, Seria was mentioned as an ally for GROUP when they needed support on the Board of Directors to fight against the Director after their ruling. However, since Seria is not easily fooled and might advise Kaizumi against helping them, she was ruled out as a potential option.
