Orcelito Noctircus, also known as Prince Orcel, was second in line to the throne after his older brother Hector. Following Hector's assassination, he became first in line. Despite being more serious and mature than others such as Musca and Belca, he is soft-spoken. He often scolds Musca for speaking ill of Belca and his heritage, particularly his mother. Orcelito loves both Belca and Hector and discovered the conspiracy that led to their deaths. However, due to threats on Musca's life, he was unable to act and has since cooperated with Lagen and the Elders. It was later revealed in the manga that he was actually an accomplice of Lagen, showing a darker side but still caring for his siblings.
