Jin is a reserved wanderer who carries himself like a traditional samurai of the Tokugawa era, adhering to the kenjutsu fighting style taught at an esteemed dojo. He wears glasses, which were uncommon during Edo-era Japan. Although he rarely speaks, Fuu seems drawn to him more than Mugen. Despite his mysterious past, Jin is known for having killed his dojo master.
