Raised by Cigogne as a unique tool to facilitate the revival of the Primum Mobile, she has been secluded from society throughout her life. Hibari eventually befriends her, prompting her to reevaluate or alter her views. Additionally, she is later adopted into the Hibari family. Her Pata-Pi, Petit-Ange, is a simple creature that transforms into Diva Erinnus; this transformation serves as a symbol of Tsubame's growth and development. The name "Tsubame" translates to swallow in Japanese.
