In Shinjuku, Japan, there is a former enemy named Mikura who has turned away from his evil ways and seeks to defeat Eko. He carries two pistols and a rifle as weapons, rather than revealing his true form. However, despite this change of heart, Mikura's need for human blood remains strong, posing a threat to those around him.
