In the anime "Tower of Fangs," Orphen serves as the main male protagonist. He is often described by fans as a badass character due to his stoic demeanor, intense focus on completing tasks quickly, and reluctance to assist others unless absolutely necessary. Despite this, he partially embodies an anti-hero persona throughout the series. His attitude changes only when the topic of Azalie comes up; she was his tutor when they were younger and gave him the confidence to achieve greatness in the Tower of Fangs. Along with Azalie, Orphen and others were brought to the school because of their supposed magical abilities. It turned out that he was indeed a magic prodigy, eventually becoming the greatest sorcerer in the world. Initially, Orphen kept his emotions and past relationship with Azalie hidden, but later revealed more about himself as the series progressed. His true name is Krylancelo Finrandi, which is still used by some characters from the Tower of Fangs.
